Dispatch conditions

Orders are packed and made ready for shipping immediately after receipt of the order.
The products are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We charge shipping costs on the basis of the shipping weight.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:

Shipping of flammable products (LQ)

Flammable products (ADR or LQ) can only be shipped overland (legal regulation).
We ship flammable liquids only with UPS.
DHL does not allow shipping of flammable products (Exception: Germany & Switzerland).

We are not allowed to supply these countries:

Great-Britain, Ireland, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Greece, Malta, Turkey, Cyprus, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro & all countries outside the EU.

Please choose UPS as parcel service if your country is authorized for shipping of flammable goods.

Delivery periods

Overseas delivery times:
Overseas = countries which we supply and which geographically are located outside of the European continent (amongst others North and South America, Australia, Asia, Africa, New Zealand. Moreover the French islands which belong to the EU: French Guyana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique and Reunion)

Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 3 - 5 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 7 - 10 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).

Shipping via UPS: Please note that deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and other holidays.
Shipping via DHL: Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

The minimum order value is: 7,50 €.
